Syntelligent is hiring for a Task Manager in supporting DIA HQ in JBAB,DC! Position: Task Manager Location: DIA HQ, Joint Anacostia Bolling, DC Shift: Regular (flex) day hours, no shift work Duties and Responsibilies: Contributes to ongoing efforts to engage with other divisions and coordinates the completion of tasks across multiple branches within the division to ensure accuracy and timelines of required deliverables. Supports collaboration between divisions involved in the development of new and updated policies and capabilities to streamline and synchronize processes. Establishes metrics to monitor, track, and analyze program operations to identify areas with the potential for process improvements. Provides administrative support to leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the duties and responsibilities of the division. Assists in the collaborative assessment efforts of Intelligence and Analysis operations and functions to diagnose problems and identify the potential for process improvements. Develops and manages information sharing support tools (contact list, web-boards, newsletters, I-share), which allows for clear communication across the division. Collects and quality checks production metrics across multiple branches within the division, producing pivot tables in Excel as the final product which will be presented to the leadership. Coordinates conferences, meetings, and briefings between agency officials, as well as preparing materials for presentation at these meetings. Tracks tasking, correspondence, organizational structure, and billets for the division to ensure that all items are addressed in a timely manner. Compiles weekly status reports. Assists in managing the team’s Sharepoint site and coordinates the acquisition of new software applications. Assesses and develops process improvements for functions performed by the team, such as tracking of recurring tasks to ensure timeliness of responses Basic Qualifications: Experience working closely with senior DOD clients and points of contact across multiple agencies Experience with administrative support work, including task management processes Knowledge of the IC and COCOM environments TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a CI polygraph HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 4+ years of professional experience , or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience

The likely salary range for this position is $75,000-80,000 per year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, Spot bonuses, and program-specific awards.
