Task Order Program Manager

Nakuuruq is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a task order on a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

Responsibilities

Support the IDIQ Program Manager as needed for tasks related to the task order.

Provide a “single-point-of-contact” coordination with the ASPR Contracting Officer Representative for a Task Order.

Daily oversight of the task order contract.

Supervision of task order (TO) personnel.

Maintain complete understanding of the work scope/mission, including challenges and problems associated with the position.

Monitor and control contract schedule(s), budget, safety, and quality control for the task order.

Assign personnel consistent with the task order contract requirements.

Understand, and assure compliance with all minimum task order contract standards and all applicable or relevant and appropriate requirements, including Federal and state requirements.

Effective administrative support.

Ensure all task order contract deliverables are of high quality and delivered on or ahead of deadlines.

Prepare and present task order contract briefings and task order program management reviews to Nakuuruq leadership, as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s of Arts (BA) or Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in a related field.

Five (5) years of leading programs as a program manager.

Experience managing a task order driven contract with potential for multiple, simultaneous active task orders and leading multiple task order project managers.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive.

Pay Range

115K - 130K
