Description of Duties\:
The Task Order Site Lead - Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
Duties for this position include\:
· Successful execution of task order scope, to include sustainment activities and engineering projects necessary to meet contractual and customer requirements.
· Execution of Control Account management (CAM) responsibilities including budget tracking, detail planning, and execution of the integrated schedule and associated budget in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) direction and best practices for multiple control accounts.
· Foster a productive and effective relationship with the GMD Customer.
· Coordination with the customer to support proper prioritization of efforts based on budgetary and resource constraints, practicing flexibility, managing risks and competing priorities.
· Serving as primary interface between contract and government customers/leadership.
· Serving as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in contract and organizational discussions.
· Leading an integrated approach to the execution of activities requiring different internal and external teams or organizations to ensure effective operational support to the customers’ requirements.
· Responsible for team management functions, to include time card approvals, staffing and performance management.
· Develop presentations and brief stakeholders as required to ensure clear and concise messaging throughout the communications cycle
· Effectively communicate and manage expectations with team members and customer stakeholders.
Core duty hours are 0800‐ 1600 hours (with flexibility to arrive earlier/later to meet bi-weekly requirement of 80 hours)
Monday ‐ Friday, Occasional off-shift, extended or weekend support may be required. Occasional local travel is required to support off-site customers and projects.

· Must have current experience supporting the IRES contract

· Must have demonstrated understanding of planning and managing complex resources against constraints.
· Must have experience at presentation development and delivery to senior leadership.
· Must have experience with use of MS Office applications, as well as Project and Visio.
· Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
