Task Supervisor

We are looking for a Task Supervisor to join our Lansing, NY team!

As our Task Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and coordinate all aspects of their work.

Location: Lansing, NY

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Your Challenge

Schedules, evaluates, trains and advises technicians. Supervises technicians in the engineering and sciences support group.Coordinates all aspects of technician work ensure the team has the required tools to work safely and efficiently. Supervises assembly of cost control and statistical data.Prepares labor estimates required to design, draft, and document to engineers to aid in the process for bid and proposal activities.

What You Bring

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a job shop or manufacturing environmentBachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree or the equivalent experience

Preferred:

Metallurgy experience
