This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI 3 days per week. You may work regularly during early mornings, nights, or weekends. This position is included in the bargaining unit represented by the University Staff United (USU), which represents bargaining unit members in all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.

**What You'll Do**
The Tauber Student Programs Coordinator manages important aspects of curricular and co-curricular programming, events, and student administration. Collaborating with the Assistant Director, Managing, and Faculty Directors, you will lead event planning and program coordination while ensuring seamless teamwork and organization. You will report directly to the Tauber Managing Director.

**Responsibilities***
+ **Events and Planning 35%**
+ Manage the Tauber Student Programs calendar, coordinate student events, workshops, and leadership programs.
+ Oversee logistics for major events like Orientation and the End of Year Dinner.
+ Ensure events stay within budget and serve as the main logistics contact for leadership training and industry experiences.
+ **Academic Systems 35%**
+ Maintain the Institute's Canvas site, student database, and historical records.
+ Support Salesforce implementation, track attendance, assist with student applications, and compile employment statistics.
+ Gather student feedback, recommend improvements and manage project deliverables.
+ Document processes and enhancements
+ **Academic Advising/ Student Engagement 10%**
+ Develop student programming materials and handbooks.
+ Advise students on policies, course scheduling, and conduct audits in collaboration with the Assistant Director.
+ **Student recruiting 20%**
+ Partner with university departments and foster important relationships.
+ Attend recruiting events and support interviews.
+ Help hire and onboard peer coaches.
**Required Qualifications***
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in program, project, or event management, including planning, execution, and improvement.
+ Experience working across departments and units in a large, matrixed environment.
+ Experience managing event logistics and program implementation, including budget management experience.
+ Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other administrative software.

**Additional Information**
**Salary Information:**
The posting range for this position is $52,300 - 64,550. This role is non-exempt and is paid hourly. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, **it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range** . Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
