The TAWW (Team Awareness Workplace Wellness) Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate activities to support NCADD-RA’s SOR III grant project, and be responsible for monitoring the project timeline, collecting team data, delivering TAWW workshops, and completing grant related reporting under the supervision of NCADD-RA’s Director. This position will be responsible for working with the research / consultant team, the Prevention Provider Training team as well as key community partners as identified across a fine-county region in conjunction with the Director.

Responsible for coordinating, encouraging, and supporting the Prevention Provider training team in conjunction with Director and with the research / consultant team throughout the ongoing implementation and delivery process of this project.
Responsible for the identification and the outreach to local businesses, focusing on Monroe County while also providing support and referral to the Prevention Provider training team within the additional counties covered by this grant. Responsible for ensuring team engagement in the delivery and implementation of the workplace wellness modules developed through this project.
Responsible for ensuring that all data relevant to the delivery of the research developed specific workplace wellness workshops is collected and input into Survey Monkey reporting system. Responsible for providing the research team with all collected delivery data for project analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.
Data will be critical in assessing the implementation and delivery of workplace training modules. Responsible for monitoring the delivery and expenses with NCADD-RA’s Director.
Responsible for maintaining communication between the identified Prevention Provider team, the research / evaluation team, and NCADD-RA’s Director. Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred at minimum (human services, health education, or related fields) or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPP (NYS Credentialed Prevention Professional) preferred. The applicant will have at least 5 years’ experience in community organization / mobilization, planning and building project capacity building, delivery of prevention health education in the workplace.
OTHER: Must be able to drive and travel! Must have a Valid New York State driver’s license, and meet qualifications set by agency’s clean driving record policy. Personal transportation is required to accomplish core job functions.
