Description One of our clients in the Danville area is looking for a Tax Accountant for a contract to permanent placement opportunity. ***Contact Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration*** + Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and corporations. + Research and implement strategies for minimizing tax liability. + Comply with federal and state laws by filing tax documents within deadlines. + Assist with tax audits and liaise with various tax authorities. + Keep up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and financial laws. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. + CPA certification is preferred. + Proven experience as a tax accountant, tax analyst or tax preparer. + Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. + Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tax software and databases. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
