Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the company's tax obligations, prepare tax returns within legal deadlines, and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.

Regularly track changes in tax regulations, update company policies accordingly, and ensure full compliance.

Represent the company in tax audits and inspections, prepare necessary documentation, and manage the process.

Oversee daily accounting transactions (invoices, bank transactions, checks, promissory notes, accounts payable/receivable, etc.) to ensure accurate and complete records.

Manage general accounting processes and prepare periodic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.). Analyze company expenses, revenue, and cash flow, providing regular reports to management.

Oversee cost management processes and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.

Execute month-end closing procedures and conduct financial controls.

Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits and support audit processes.

Develop recommendations regarding tax and accounting risk management and compliance.

Support cash flow and budgeting processes, contributing to the company’s financial strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Preferably postgraduate education from Business Administration, Economics, or related faculties

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in relevant positions including Big4 experience (preferably 3-4 years of FMCG experience)

Advanced proficiency in English.Preferably holding a CPA (SMMM) certification.Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards (TFRS, VUK, IFRS).Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (SAP, JD Edwards, Logo, etc.); experience in ERP integration is a plus.Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience in tax audits and inspections.Ability to work flexible hours and effectively follow up on processes.
