Overview:
We are looking for a Tax Analyst II to join our State Center of Excellence team in Finance.  This role would report to the State Tax Planning and Controversy Director and support both the firm and its partners.  This role is responsible for state tax planning and responding to state controversy matters.  

What You'll Do: Monitoring individual, partnership and corporate tax developments in all 50 states.Modeling and evaluating impact of tax developments to the firm and its individual partners.Researching and responding to state tax controversy matters as necessary. Collaborating with third party service providers to document the firm's state tax positions. Extracting, merging, transforming, and reconciling data from multiple sources as needed.This position will benefit from knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax principles; strong organizational skills; effective collaboration and communication; and timely execution.
