We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax and Licensing Specialist. The Tax and Licensing Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and licensing requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.Work with branch personnel to complete local business license renewals and applications. Follow up with jurisdictional authorities as required.Maintain accurate and organized records of all filings, licenses, and permits.Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.Provide support and guidance to other branches regarding tax and licensing matters.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a professional environment.Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Access is a plus.Excellent organizational skills.
