Description Robert Half is currently seeking a meticulous, self-motivated Tax Administrative Assistant for a part-time, on-site opportunity in Half Moon Bay, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual tax return data entry with proven experience using Lacerte software. Responsibilities: + Accurately inputting data from individual tax returns into Lacerte software. + Assisting in data management and file organization. + Collaborating with the tax team to ensure the timely and efficient processing of tax forms. + Supporting other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: + Proficient with Lacerte software is a must. + Experience in data entry of individual tax returns. + Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Ability to work 15 hours per week on-site.
