A well-respected Michigan firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join their team with 4+ years of experience. This role can sit in any of their Michigan offices, including Grand Rapids, Detroit, Lansing, Holland, and Muskegon.

Qualified attorneys will have minimally 4+ years of experience advising on tax issues related to merger and acquisition transactions. The firm is open to attorneys with a variety of backgrounds (LLM, Big Four experience, Big Law experience, etc).
