Tax Compliance Senior Analyst!
(Fixed-term until 30.09.2025)

In this role You will:

Guiding and developing team members, coordinate activities, and motivate the team to achieve their goalsManaging the preparation of returns and ensure they are completed accurately and on timeReviewing and provide feedback on draft returns prepared by junior team members, offering guidance and supportConducting validations/reconciliations for supported countries, particularly focusing on resolving any failed attemptsCalculating and implementing data additions and corrections to ensure accuracyAddressing and resolving queries directly with Country Finance/Tax teamsWorking closely with Country Finance/Tax teams to understand and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely deliveryDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersIdentifying and implement process improvements for efficiency and better control, collaborating with the Leadership Team on special projectsManaging tax audits, acting as the main point of contact

What You will need to be successful:

Relevant degree in a related field3 to 4 years of experience in Indirect Tax Accounting and Reporting.Experience in people managementProficient in English with strong interpersonal skills, especially client responsivenessExcellent analytical skills and financial awarenessCustomer-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward serviceAbility to work effectively under pressure and readiness for actionConfident and assertive in both internal and external communicationsStrong communication and teamwork abilities
