The Crown Is Yours

As a Tax Coordinator, you will contribute significantly to the company's success by providing essential administrative support to the Tax team. In this role, you will utilize your project management and organizational skills to create efficiencies, streamline compliance and tax operations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally. 

What you’ll do as a Tax Coordinator

Collaborate with compliance, licensing, legal, and accounting teams, as well as external consultants, to navigate tax-related challenges and resolve inquiries effectively.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and streamline workflows.

Communicate proactively with state and federal agencies through various channels to achieve timely and accurate results.

Lead complex projects from start to finish, including the development and maintenance of a comprehensive system for tracking and managing tax-related correspondence.

Oversee the management of annual business licenses and compliance filings, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and easy access for all relevant stakeholders.

Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

 

What you’ll bring   

At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a compliance, finance, or tax environment; prior experience with project management is a plus.

Well-organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

An eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently work with others.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to become licensed is required; must be 21 years or older.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 61,600.00 USD - 77,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
