UKG is currently seek a highly motivated individual to fill the Tax Research and Filing Support Associate role. The Associate will assume responsibilities that support periodic, quarter end and year end with proactive activities as well as tasks around the actual filing timelines. The Krew members in this role will have to have great time management skills as well as keen attention to detail as they will support multiple Payment Services teams within the greater UKG org. Additionally, they will have to be passionate about research and communication in order to excel in this role.
• Run assigned reports from various Payment Services systems per schedule, as documented or requested
• Work with the business to identify requirements and to pull additional data pulls/extracts from Payment Services systems for research
• Analyze data and provide follow up to tickets or questions received by the filing teams
• Perform reconciliations and audits in support of the filing processes
• Complete data prep to support filing requirements
• 2+ years of experience handling large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and with various data management tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
• Excellent analytical and follow up skills
• Ability to tailor communication style based on audience
• Organizational and prioritization skills; ability to juggle multiple business needs while maintaining the existing schedules
• Industry Experience in Employment Tax, Trust and/or Electronic Payments
• Master Tax Experience
