Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse client base. You'll lead and manage multiple operations within a tax practice area, ensuring compliance, providing expert advice, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns. Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning. Manage tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities. Mentor and develop staff accountants. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and mitigate tax risks. Contribute to firm administrative functions.

Qualifications:

CPA certification required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Taxation. 3+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proven leadership and management skills.
