- Cross discipline training
- Strong focus on client facing and tax planning/strategy
- Groom/mentor younger CPAs at firm
- Process improvement of current tax procedures
- Pitch firms value proposition to prospective clients
-Experience with wealth management and estate planning is a plusWhat You Need for this Position- BS/BA Degree in Accounting
- CPA
- 10+ years experience in tax accounting, planning, strategy, compliance, tax audit
- 5+ years of experience with High-net-worth individualsWhat's In It for YouSalary: $130,000 - $150,000 base + bonus
