As a Tax Manager you will cover a broad range of areas, including controversy management, tax strategy, transfer pricing, and tax compliance, with a particular focus on the UK. Your role will be based at our EUHQ in Dublin on a hybrid work schedule and collaborate closely across our tax team and report directly to our International Tax Director.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Support- Work with the Kellanova tax team in advising on all international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations. Execute tax planning strategies and support global cash repatriations to enable the tax-efficient repatriation of international cash to the US. Manage—Achieve the tax reporting and compliance process for several European countries (including the U.K.), including managing the relationship with tax authorities in these countries. Partner- Engage with the European statutory accounts team to manage the overall process for statutory accounting tax provisioning. Support tax and transfer pricing audits, working with third-party advisors and local finance teams in the development of audit strategies, and the preparation of defense files and audit responses. Maintain—Monitor international tax developments and support Kellanova’s response to changes in the external tax environment, including Pillar 2. Maintain necessary intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation. Collaborate- Partner with a range of cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Corporate Reporting, Legal, and HR. Work with the global tax function to analyse tax processes and identify areas in which technology can be used to drive process efficiencies and improvements.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Experience managing complex corporate tax matters within global organizations or accounting firms. Highly developed commercial sense and the ability to work autonomously and to influence and work across a variety of functions & cultures. Well-developed communication, leadership, influencing, and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
