Specific Functions: * Oversee and prepare accurate tax returns to minimize tax obligations of the company and its principals * Research and analyze tax regulations impact on the company and its principals * Analyze dispositions and potential acquisitions for their tax impact and make recommendations on structuring to minimize a tax burden * Analyze tax allocation of joint venture agreements * Be responsible for the financial reporting and books and records for numerous entities
