Wood is currently recruiting a Tax Manager to join our Team in Milan- to manage the issue of Commercial Tax advice for the region as provided by the Group Tax policy, dealing with cross border contracts in a complex business, strictly coordinating with other Tax functions involved in the process and supporting the Tax Director – Europe in all commercial tax matters. The ideal candidate must be a proven self-starter, who is comfortable directly liaising at all levels to ensure the business is supported in proposing the most tax efficient commercial tax structure and the identified entities are compliant with Transfer Pricing, VAT and CIT compliance 

The role will include also a strong support to the Tax Director – Europe with the Transfer Pricing compliance for some entities in the Region as well as with the VAT and CIT compliance for identified entities of the Group.  An awareness of the impact of Pillar II on the Group entities will be part of the role evaluation.
