Role: Tax Manager
Location: Remote (office available in Wakefield, MA)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in a remote capacity, with the option to visit the office in Wakefield as needed. The role involves overseeing tax compliance and consulting services, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tax services.Review and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Provide proactive tax insights and solutions to clients.Lead, mentor, and train staff to develop their technical skills and career growth.Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance client service efficiency.Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.Assist with business development and identify opportunities to expand services.Participate in special projects to support firm initiatives.

Qualifications:
