The Tax Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing and preparing S-Corp, C-Corp, individual, and partnership returns. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities: * Manage and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts * Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial opportunities * Manage client relationships and ensure compliance * Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide well-documented conclusions and recommendations * Stay current on tax law changes and communicate their implications to clients and staff
