Summary: Seeking a Tax Manager with expertise in income tax compliance and accounting for large, publicly traded corporations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

5+ years of experience in income tax compliance for large, consolidated corporations

Experience with income tax accounting reporting under ASC 740

Preferred Skills:

CPA certification

Master of Business in Taxation

Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision Software, Longview Tax Provision Software CorpTax, and Sage Fixed Assets

Ability to write tax position papers and technical memos

Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete federal and state income tax returns and reports

Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and payment computations

Support corporate income tax provision process for US GAAP/SEC reporting compliance as required by ASC 740

Assist with federal and state income tax audits as necessary

Pay: 100K-140K
