Don’t wait… apply today! **Job Title:** Tax Manager **Location:** Savannah, GA (relocation assistance available) **Salary Range:** $110,000-$135,000 + Bonus **Job Type:** Direct Hire, Full Time, and Onsite **About the Role:** + **Tax Compliance and Preparation:** Manage the preparation of Federal, State, and International tax returns, including forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and related calculations (e.g., BEAT, GILTI, Section 163(j)), and oversee depreciation and disposal workpapers (Forms 4562/4797). + **Tax Provision and Reporting:** Prepare quarterly Federal/State income tax provisions, calculate income tax expense, and perform effective tax rate (ETR) analysis. + **State and International Tax Support:** Assist in state apportionment analysis, workpaper preparation, and state income/franchise tax returns for domestic LLCs. + **Audit and Notice Response:** Respond to Federal, State, and International tax audits and notices, providing accurate documentation and support as needed. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Planning:** Partner with departments on tax planning projects, influence key strategies, and support financial reporting compliance initiatives. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 5-10 years of recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience with a sizeable organization. + Preferred proficiency in tax compliance and provision software (e.g., OneSource, OTP), with strong knowledge of Federal/State tax issues, tax depreciation, and research tools. + Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. + Commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and staying current on tax trends and regulations while fostering a positive team culture. **Benefits** + Total Rewards package: Generous PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, employer-paid Short/Long-Term (effective date of hire), Disability and Life insurance + 401k with Dollar-for dollar match on employee contributions, up to 6% + 11 paid company holidays, plus 1 floating holiday annually + HSA & FSA options + Earn dollars by participating in healthy activities through corporate wellness programs If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
