Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide. **Summary:** The position supports the Enterprise Tax Service Group (“ETSG”) to ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial reporting and tax (direct / indirect) compliance requirements. The position will be responsible for understanding the Enterprise’s program operations as well as the global tax challenges to facilitate automation and simplification to drive efficiencies in operation. The role will also liaise with the SBU and Corporate finance, Channel, Supplier Management, Legal, Treasury, and external auditors. Additionally, the role will manage external advisors to ensure efficient and timely filing of all indirect and non-profit tax returns while continuously improving of ETS’ global tax operations. **Responsibilities:** + Manage, review and prepare US consolidated federal income tax (including country by country reporting, transfer pricing reports, etc.), US international tax forms, state income and franchise tax returns (stand alone and unitary) including disclosures, attachments, and work papers. + Prepare and review complex tax models including Earnings & Profit, foreign tax credits rules, interest expense apportionment, application of GILTI, BEAT and FDII rules. + Working together with the Tax Senior Director to provide direct/indirect tax advice on various regional (EMEA & APAC) and/or global aspects of ETS business operations. This includes advice and recommendations on business initiatives related to Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales and Services. + Manage, review and assist with preparation of the consolidated income tax provision and related financial statement disclosures. + Manage, review and assist with preparation of tax accruals, budgets and forecasts + Coordinate, review and assist in preparing responses to IRS and State Income Tax notices and audit inquiries. + Maintain Enterprise tax positions and attributes to support Tax Senior Director with strategic tax planning and collaboration with the business operations. + Work cross-functionally to gather and understand information on the various business entities to assess tax opportunities based on the outcome of the prepared returns. Expand internal Tax presence (e.g., presentations, business relationships outside of tax.) to address and resolve tax matters and operationalize business models. + Manage, review and prepare US non-profit federal and state tax filings including disclosures, attachments, and work papers. + Support Tax Manager responsible for Direct Tax with consolidated federal and state income tax filings where necessary. + Prepare and review complex tax models and position papers regarding Unrelated Business Income, GST, VAT and Sales tax legislative changes. + Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function. \#LI-AA1 \#LI-REMOTE **Education and Experience:** B.S.
