Tax Manager
Tax Manager St. Louis, MO (hybrid schedule) Description + Maintains frequent contact with management and staff associates in finance, valuation, treaties and administration in order to accomplish departmental objectives. + Acts as a financial tax reporting resource for internal and external clients + Maintains integrity of tax filing calendar. + Evaluates, recommends and implements improvements to tax accounting projects. + Develops and designs accounting procedures necessary for appropriate management of area of responsibility. + Completes special projects as may arise with respect to acquisitions, new ventures, sales, new products and other opportunities. + Assure that the financial statement tax accruals are accurate.
