Are you an experienced tax professional with an eye for detail? Circle K Denmark is looking for a dedicated Tax Manager to join our team.

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of direct and indirect tax-related tasks and work closely with various departments within our company. The role contributes to financial planning and strategy, as well as the development of tax policies and procedures. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monthly VAT and Intrastat reports.
(Quarterly) Corporate tax and deferred tax provisions, calculations and filings. Including the coordination of the yearly prepayments with treasury.
Transfer pricing documentation.
Tax aspects of dividend declarations.
Excise duty filings.
Filing of statistical forms.
Reconciliation IFRS vs GAAP taxation.
Assist in audits and tax inspections.
Internal support on tax queries and support of the shared service center tax team in Riga.
The context you will work in:
You are responsible for all tax matters for the entities in Denmark.
The deadlines and reportings require a sense of responsibility and flexibility.
You will be part of the Global Tax team, representing all tax affairs related to Denmark, and reporting to the Europe & Asia Tax Director based in the Netherlands. Furthermore you will be working together with the Danish Finance Team and accountants based in our shared service center in Riga.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting, tax or related fields.
At least 7 years of working experience in filing and submitting direct and indirect taxes in Denmark.
Oracle JDE knowledge and previous experience in the fuel and/or retail industry are a plus.
Strong analytical mind and eye for details, result oriented. Able to work autonomously.
Real team player, able to bridge the collaboration with global and local team’s and business center team.
Fluent in Danish and English.
