Tax Manager - Generalist - Fully Remote Available

Job Title: Tax Manager - Generalist 

Location: REMOTE - Anywhere in U.S.

Salary: $100K - $165K + Full Benefits + 100% Remote 

Requirements: CPA or EA,  At least 6+ Years in Public Accounting

 

We are a local CPA firm of about 85 employees located in the Greater Pittsburgh Area with employees fully remote around the continental united states. We have a diverse employee base that is full of energetic professionals looking to grow their career. We have a diverse client list serving the healthcare, tech, real estate, retail, manufacturing, and more. We work with entities of all sizes including HNWIs, s-corps, c-corps, and other pass through entities. 

We are growing quickly and looking to grow our family of CPAs so we can keep the work load to a minimum. We know public accounting can be a hectic so we do what we can to keep you within the 40-45 hour range year round. We always look to promote within before finding outside talent, so we are looking for individuals looking to get on a strong path of growth with desires for a path to partnership.

What you Need:

 

5+ Years in Public AccountingActive CPA or EAExpertise in Business and Individual Tax  Privately Held BusinessesHNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corpsClients generating ($1 million - $10 million in revenue)Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams

 

What you will be doing:

 

Prepare & Review Complex Tax ReturnsPartnership Heavy - w/ Multi StateClient Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issuesResearching Complex Tax IssuesTrain & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employeesManaging Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times

Base Salary: $110,000-$165,000
