**Req Number** 145628 We are looking for a Tax Manager for our Client, a consumer goods company. This is a full-time permanent job. In this role you will be responsible for the company's tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income taxes. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or relevant field, + CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Enrolled Agent + 7+ years of related tax consulting experience + Experience with corporate and individual tax returns + Must be current with tax legislation + Experience with planning for pass-through entities designed for high-net-worth individuals. Key duties and responsibilities include: + Completion of federal and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support + Audits of federal and state tax income tax and state and local filings + Tax planning + Liaison with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues + Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes + Maintain strong client relations and cross-sell services within the assigned group of clients + Manage, develop, train and mentor staff on tax projects. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
