Job Title: Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager
Location: Torrance, CA
Salary: $200k-250k + Full Benefits + In Office
Requirements: CPA At least 5+ years of Tax Exp. (S Corp, HNWI, Partnerships)

Due to this growth, we are now actively interviewing for a Senior Tax Manager (CPA Required). -Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations with a balance between HNW Individuals Business.
-Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
-Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
-Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
-Prepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income returns
-Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
-Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
-Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
-Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflowsWhat You Need for this PositionRequired:
- At least 7+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Prep/Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong Prep and Review experience
Nice to Have:
- Active CPA or CPA Candidate
- EA (Enrolled Agent)
- Experience with multiple industriesWhat's In It for You- Salary Range - 200k -250k+ - Depending on experience
