Overview:
Insight Global is partnering with a Registered Investment Advisor in Sandy Springs, GA who is currently looking for an Operations Manager to help oversee their Tax/Accounting subsidiary. This Operations Manager will help manage the daily operations across practice functions including Tax Advisory, Return Preparation, Bookkeeping, Administration, and Client Services. This is a growing division with upwards mobility within the organization. This position requires to work onsite in Sandy Springs, GA 5x/week and will move into a hybrid setting (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a ramp-up period. This position offers a competitive salary ($100-125K), bonus structure, and benefits package.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations across all practice functions (tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client services)
Collaborate with internal and external teams to further integrate the Firm's tax and investment advisory services
Build reporting frameworks to manage operational efficiency and inform optimized resource allocation
Leverage existing systems and technology to refine workflows and processes
Coordinate regular professional development and upskilling opportunities for the team
