Description Job Title: Part-Time Tax Preparer (Seasonal) Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing individual tax returns and a working knowledge of Drake tax software. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it perfect for professionals looking to balance work with other commitments. This position is 100% ON-SITE 20–30 hours per week. Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs and workload. Seasonal role, with the potential for extended hours closer to tax deadlines. Responsibilities: + Prepare and review individual tax returns (1040 and related schedules) with accuracy and efficiency. + Utilize Drake Tax Software to input and process client information. + Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations. + Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and answer tax-related questions. + Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest level of professionalism. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in preparing individual tax returns. + Proficiency in Drake Tax Software is mandatory. + Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
