Description We are seeking a Tax Preparer for an opportunity in Concord, California. This role is critical in the accountancy industry, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the individual will be responsible for handling various tax preparation tasks using different accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software systems to prepare tax returns accurately • Leverage ProSeries for efficient tax preparation and record-keeping • Prepare and review Corporate Tax Return documents • Handle tax matters related to C Corp and S-Corps • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis • Liaise with ADP - Financial Services for seamless operations • Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales for optimal tax preparation and sales processes • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance • Offer solutions to tax-related inquiries and issues • Monitor and update customer accounts as required.
