Description Our client, a well-established firm specializing in tax and accounting services, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Preparer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file annual tax returns, including Individual Income Tax, Partnerships, S Corporations, Gift Tax, and Private Foundation returns. Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other tools to maintain accurate financial records and support tax preparation tasks. Collaborate with clients and team members to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Lacerte Tax Software (preferred but not required). Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in all tasks. Ideal Candidate Profile: Self-motivated and attentive with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
