Description Robert Half looking for a diligent Tax Preparer to join one of our clients in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining accurate client records, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Prepare and file tax returns using CCH Axcess Tax software • Ensure all tax forms and documents are accurate and comply with regulations • Provide excellent customer service by resolving client inquiries timely and efficiently • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and interpret tax data • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records • Manage allowances and deductions to optimize client's tax liabilities • Use Excel to organize and analyze tax data • Ensure client data confidentiality and adhere to data entry best practices Requirements • Possession of knowledge and understanding of allowances and how they impact tax calculations. • Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns effectively. • Proficient in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of tax-related information.
