Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks in a CPA firm, including data entry, customer service, and the use of various tax software systems. Responsibilities: • Accurately entering customer data from physical W2 tax forms and 1099s into ProSeries tax software system • Responding to incoming calls in a prompt and detail oriented manner • Efficiently duplicating tax returns as required • Organizing and maintaining customer files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date • Utilizing skills and knowledge in accounting functions and software systems to provide excellent service to clients • Proficiently handling high-volume data entry tasks • Assisting in tax planning and compliance using CCH ProSystem fx • Managing customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and Drake Tax Software for various accounting tasks.
