Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Preparer in Roanoke, Virginia, United States. In this role, you will be managing a large volume of detailed information for clients across multiple industries, preparing and filing tax returns for both individuals and businesses while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Manage a large volume of detailed information for clients across multiple industries. • Analyze financial information accurately. • Handle a strong understanding of tax regulations and financial concepts. • Use Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, Drake Tax Software for various accounting functions. • Provide excellent customer service. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Understand and apply allowances and deductions in tax preparation.
