Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in San Diego, California. This role is primarily within the financial services industry, where the successful candidate will be responsible for working with Intuit ProSeries. Responsibilities: • Operate ProSeriesTax Software for tax preparation and filing. • Conduct accounting functions with accuracy and proficiency. • Calculate allowances and deductible items during tax preparation. • Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries. • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate customer and tax records. Requirements • 3+ years Tax Preparation experience in a CPA office is necessary. • Prior experience with ProSeries Tax Software is highly desired. • Knowledge of Allowances is crucial. • Excellent Customer Service skills are required. • Must possess high-level Data Entry skills. • Understanding of Deductibles is mandatory.
