Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in TOLEDO, Ohio. In this role, you will be primarily engaged in preparing personal income tax returns. The role will require on-site presence and involves comprehensive handling of data and systems related to tax processing. Responsibilities: • Handle personal income tax return preparations • Efficiently input data into the relevant tax systems • Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, Drake Tax Software • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues • Carry out data entry tasks and maintain accurate records • Manage allowances and deductions as part of tax return preparations • Monitor and take appropriate actions on customer accounts • Ensure all tax-related information is handled with confidentiality and adherence to regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role. • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is critical. • Experience with handling Allowances is preferred. • Excellent Customer Service skills are essential. • Proficient Data Entry skills are required. • Knowledge of Deductibles is necessary for this role.
