Description We are offering a seasonal employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer based in Somerset, New Jersey. This role operates within the financial services industry and will involve working with various accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Utilizing specialized software, such as CCH ProSystem Fx and Drake Tax Software, to prepare tax returns accurately • Managing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with tax laws • Working with ADP - Financial Services for efficient data processing and client service • Using CCH Sales Tax system to manage and review sales tax obligations • Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly • Performing data entry tasks with high attention to detail • Calculating allowances and deductions applicable to each client's case • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
