Responsibilities and main tasks
As member of the Belgian tax team, being part of an International Group, we are dealing with all tax related topics: Corporate tax, international tax and Transfer Pricing, local taxes, VAT and customs topics for Belgium and Luxemburg. This includes amongst others:
Corporate income tax reporting (monthly reporting, closing periods, tax returns, deferred tax reporting…) VAT and IC listing returns Tax advice (corporate tax questions, international tax advice, VAT questions, …) Fiches (yearly Belgian forms to be filed for certain paid fees) Transfer Pricing regulation (documentation, Pillar II, CbCr, local file, …) Follow-up of Permanent Establishments of the Belgian entities Following-up on questions from the business on a daily basis Involvement in big projects for consideration of tax implications (business projects, but also carve-outs, carve-ins, …) Tax audit and tax litigationCurrently also assisting the Maghreb countries (mainly Morocco and Tunisia) with internal corporate tax reporting and tax advice.
In the execution of the above we collaborate with various stakeholders: tax team members of other countries, colleagues from the business, colleagues from accounting – compliance – legal, external tax consultants and advisors.

Degree in taxation / Tax law Preference for 2 to 3 years working experience in the tax field Familiar with the OECD and tax treaties Basic EU and Belgian VAT knowledge is a plus Communication skills, written and verbal in English, Dutch and FrenchWhat does Siemens offer you?
