**Roles and Responsibilities:** We are looking for a candidate to conduct tax return reviews in assistance with the fund management team, specifically reviewing form 1065 tax returns. At a minimum, we would be looking for candidates that have form 1065 tax prep and/or review experience with an accounting firm or in a corporate finance function.
