We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This role functions as a technical resource involved in the day-to-day planning, research and/or compliance of general and specified areas of taxation.
Specific responsibilities include:
At least 7 years of related experience. (Note: A Master's Degree can count towards one year of experience; A partial year of experience of six months or more will count as one year of experience).
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
CPA, JD or other appropriate professional certification preferred. A combination of knowledge developed through formal education and practical experience that demonstrates an advanced to expert understanding of concepts regarding tax laws and tax accounting practices and procedures. Ability to coordinate the completion of multiple work assignments and/or projects, providing guidance where necessary, problem solving, and ensuring that the project team meets its operational deadlines. Advanced knowledge of tax research methods with ability to interpret tax laws, prepare specialized tax research memorandums, and formulate recommendations for management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP software. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide technical assistance and training to others. Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to motivate team members towards completion of work assignments. Ability to provide critical feedback and peer reviews for assigned work tasks. Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
