Tax Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to providing tax expertise in your assigned area among capital structures, legal structures, cross-border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting, or any other tax matters, and tax strategies that reflect the overall strategy and global initiatives. Each day, you will act as an internal tax advisor in the defined tax area and coordinate the resolution of tax issues. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tIdentifying tax planning opportunities and risks of non- compliance and proposing appropriate measures to mitigate tax risks.•\tProviding support and input to various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews and contract structures.•\tSupporting in the development and implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in your area of responsibility.•\tFacilitating knowledge transfer, training activities, and best practices sharing; and being responsible for all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of your tax practice/area.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed engaged with US Indirect taxation,SAP. Focus on the shared services/manufacturing market. \tAbility to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills. Must have 5+ years of experience in USA Sales and US Tax. Should have good working experiences in filing of US SUT Tax returns\tYou are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office \tIn depth knowledge in tax tool VERTEX, One Source, Power Query, Any bill\tDegree in Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce\tYou are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
