Job Responsibilities  

Preparation and review of corporate tax returns and income tax provisions  

Conduct online tax research  

Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals  

Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements    

Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets    

Build on mentorship capabilities by guiding key talent through constructive criticism and growth opportunities   

Lead and supervise staff by actively managing a pipeline of projects and resources 

Maintain great relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service  

Requirements  

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline  

Minimum of 3 years' experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting   

Experience with a wide variety of entity types  

Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and interns  

Preferred Qualifications  

Master’s Degree in Taxation  

CPA or equivalent credential

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $75,000 - $135,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
