Kforce's client, a CPA Firm located near West Caldwell, NJ is looking to hire a Tax Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position with excellent benefits and growth/path to partnership. Summary: The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the tax return preparation for numerous clients. You will delegate projects to our tax preparation staff and review each filing to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. Clients may also need you to research and examine other tax documentation for planning purposes. Responsibilities: * Research, organize and review client tax documentation * Review income tax returns prepared by staff * As a Tax Supervisor, you will maintain compliance with tax regulations * Conduct tax audits * Manage team of accountants * Train new tax professionals
