Taxation & Wealth Planning Associate – West Palm Beach, FL **Description:** Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an associate in the West Palm Beach office to join our esteemed team in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with at least two years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will work closely with high-net-worth clients and family offices to develop comprehensive estate and tax planning strategies. Experience with creating and/or restructuring family offices and with providing family office services is advantageous. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement personalized estate plans for clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families. + Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. + Provide counsel on tax-efficient strategies for estate and wealth transfer planning. + Prepare and file estate tax returns and gift tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. + Assist in trust and estate administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. + Assist in the creation and/or restructure of family offices under the _Lender_ structure + Offer family office services, including coordinating investments, charitable giving, succession planning. + Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific family and financial dynamics. **Work Environment & Physical Demands** This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
