EY-Cyber Security-IAM–Consulting- Risk
As part of our EY-cyber security team, you shall engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GTH within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. The opportunity
We’re looking for IAM Business Analyst / Consultant in the Technology Risk Consulting team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

Responsibilities:
As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) business analyst, you will report directly to the Project Manager. Your technical and engineering expertise will be critical for contributing to an IAM team for quality analysis, gathering requirements, testing of Identity & Access Management program architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components, and standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for contributing to Requirements gathering, IAM Test planning, estimation, Test preparation, Test execution, Defect logging and reporting.

The Business Analysts role would require helping develop feasible solutions as per standards and measures for the IAM services within the organization. The individual would be required to gather and analyse data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Interact with business/SMEs/Technical stakeholders, steer workshop for requirement elicitation and document the business and functional requirements of IAM solution. Lead a team of Junior BAs, Testers, or Developers The Business Analyst is expected to apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IAM applications through careful testing Conducting workshop with IT/business/operations team in order to understand the AS-IS processes / requirements and suggest TO-BE processes/requirements Business Requirement assessment and document business processes, flows, use cases and business requirements and help in solution development and deployment Work in cross functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client to cascade the requirements Prepare analysis documents - BRD, User Stories and take stakeholder sign-off from client Prepare test strategy, test specifications, assist in SIT and provide UAT support To understand the Business requirements from different business stakeholders and convert them into System Requirements in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues. Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management. Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have demonstrable experience with the following:
Experience in driving requirement workshops with client and document the business and functional requirements for IAM solutions like SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM etc. Experience in preparing test strategy, test scenarios, QA test cases and perform functional testing on IAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM etc. Experience in identification of risks associated with proposed IAM solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution. Experience in application onboarding and integration with IAM systems Deep knowledge with 3+ years’ experience of Identity and Access Management standards, principles, and practices. 3-5 years’ experience of Business Analyst in a large-scale environment. Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners. Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus. Experience with statistical reporting and analysis. The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly Proven analytical and problem-solving ability Superior communication, ability to explain complex concepts Excellent organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to balance and prioritize work Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential Knowledge in Test automation using Selenium, Java, API’s would be an added advantage

Identity and Access Management domain knowledge and experience of working as Business Analyst in eliciting the requirements from client and documenting the same. Team Dynamics
Ability to work in a dynamic IAM team to support multiple competing priorities at the same time including project work, production support and daily incident and problem resolution activity. Ability to contribute and collaborate with the IAM manager in establishing a growth and training program applicable for the IAM engineering role. Comfortable with working closely with IAM stakeholders and architects for project and program delivery milestones. Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution. Has worked efficiently and effectively in IAM teams of 5+ individuals in a highly demanding environment. Proven performance in critical thinking and usage of innovative thinking for enhancing team capabilities and providing solutions for new challenges, issues, and requirements.
Education and Technical Experience
Bachelor of Science in computer science. 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering 3+ years of experience with identity management products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CA and/or Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Desired Certifications
ISTQB would be an added advantage Agile Certification like Certified scrum Master would be an added advantage Any Cybersecurity Certification would be an added advantage
