JR60987 TD Device Characterization Software Engineer

As a Characterization Software Engineer in the device parametric group at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support technology development by developing tester solutions, managing data infrastructure, and data analysis on groundbreaking memory and storage solutions! In addition, you will develop characterization methods in coordination with parametric test team and automate equipment to perform the measurements. In this role you will partner with engineering teams from process integration, process development, design, product, and quality & reliability.

Requirements

Background in instrumentation or equipment control

Knowledgeable in a variety of software tools and operating systems, including but not limited to:

(1) Python/C/C#/C++(2) Java script/Elm(3) Unix/Linux/Ansible(4) SQL/MongoDB(5) Docker/Git/Bitbucket/Jenkins

 Experience in:

(1) Handling and automating electronic instrumentation(2) Data Visualization(3) Linux System Administration(4) Multithreading and Multiprocessing

Highly motivated with ability to independently learn and develop innovative data infrastructure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Education

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics & Instrumentation or related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience
