Job Description: Course facilitators engage students in learning that meets the course and learning objectives, moderate weekly discussions and encourage quality participation by students, provide meaningful feedback to students, assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students; provide timely grading in accordance with guidelines provided by the Instructor of Record. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or closely related field. Online teaching experience may be required for specific courses. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant and recent PK-12 classroom-based experience.
